At Nutricis we work together, with a program and an awareness of the changes that our new habit of eating right brings.
In the 20+ years I have been working, I have worked with dozens of people who have managed to lose and maintain their new weight not only for the first 3 critical years, but for much longer.
The reason is simple: we don’t stick to the diet protocol but to the change of eating habits.

Awareness
We work together with the emotions food creates. We focus not only on what we eat, but also on the act of eating itself. At the same time, we aim to manage the situations in which it becomes difficult to maintain healthy eating habits.
Collaboration
We work in groups, supporting one another, and collaborate with specialized Mental Health and Empowerment professionals.
